The evidence-based 8-week course, originally developed by Professor Mark Williams and colleagues to aid prevention of relapse of depression, but now also taught in non-clinical settings.

 


A new, cutting-edge course, developed by Erik van den Brink and Frits Koster, which draws on evolutionary psychology, neuroscience and the latest research on prosocial emotion. The course is for those who have taken a mindfulness course and wish to deepen their practice. On the course we explore how to cultivate compassion for ourselves and others, and how we can meet our difficulties in healthier ways.
