Will and I trained to teach mindfulness together through Bangor University and continue to work together behind the scenes, offering each other peer support and collaborating on projects. Will specialises in mindfulness in the workplace and in schools, and offers one-to-one coaching. He is based in Cambridge and London.
I met Cesare during our university days at King’s College London, and years later we have found ourselves on a similar mindfulness journey. We have regular peer supervision and have recently begun co-leading retreats. Cesare's background is in education, training and employment within secondary schools and the UK prison system, and substance misuse counselling. He is a trained mindfulness teacher and psychotherapist, working in private practice, and runs a Buddhist meditation group in Kent.
Dominic and I met through our work with the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) and are now co-leading retreats. A former school teacher, Dominic has been a Teacher Trainer for MiSP since 2013 and has a wealth of experience in bringing mindfulness to adults and young people in schools. He is also studying for an MA in mindfulness-based psychotherapy, and is based in London.
